Position Overview Training Director - $22.00 - $25.00 per hour


The Training Director is responsible for developing team members and leaders through structured training programs. This role ensures consistency, growth, and excellence across all positions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement training systems for all roles
  • Oversee onboarding and ongoing development programs
  • Train and develop trainers and team leaders
  • Track progress and ensure accountability in skill development
  • Identify gaps and create solutions for improvement
  • Support leadership pipeline development

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of leadership or training experience
  • Strong teaching and coaching abilities
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Passion for developing others
  • Detail-oriented with a growth mindset
