Think of yourself as bridging the gap between all the people that want to get healthier but aren't sure how or where to start. In this position, this Membership Consultant will help us convert prospects to members, set appointments to get people into our club, work with them to get on a membership that fits their needs and help them understand how personal training plans can help assist them with their fitness journey.
Our new Membership Consultant will be in charge of managing a balance between incoming prospects, new leads and following up on existing leads from a variety of sources to get these folks in the door and get them healthy, happy, and members for life.

Pay: Hourly rate, Commission, and promotion are available.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Converting Prospects to Members
Following up with leads and converting leads to appointments
Follow up on your portioned incoming leads from web, renewal, and cancelled lists
Generating Membership Referrals
Greeting and checking in all members
Answering phones in a courteous, helpful, and professional manner
Setting appointments for Success Sessions
Conducting guest tours
Assisting with club’s daily maintenance/cleaning
Creating relationships inside and outside the gym
To become the greatest ambassador & promoter of Workout Anytime; our brand, our clubs, our services
Qualifications:
Candidates MUST have a proven and successful background in sales.
Candidates should have some experience in the fitness industry or sales and are able to work in a cooperative, interactive gym setting.
A flexible work schedule is preferred with availability to work Saturdays and Sundays. Previous gym experience is also preferred.
