Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the pet department with a focus on customer satisfaction
Maintain inventory and ensure product availability
Implement merchandising strategies to enhance sales
Provide expert advice and support to customers about pet products

Qualifications

High school degree or equivalent
Strong leadership and communication skills
Passion for pets and customer service
Ability to work weekends and 8-hour shifts
Previous retail or sales experience preferred
Ability to lift 50lbs
