The ideal candidate for this position must have a high standard for cleaning processes. Once fully trained, this candidate should be able to use the proper cleaning chemicals and techniques to ensure that our facilities and certain pieces of cooking equipment are clean and safe for our guests and team. Some of the specific duties would be to Filter french fry fryers, disassemble and clean the broiler, sweep and mop in the kitchen and dining room and reassemble the broiler and clean and put away all cleaning tools in order for the opening team to start the next day efficiently.
