Dog Haus Biergarten is looking for energetic, outgoing Bartenders who thrive in fast-paced environment and know how to create a great guest experience.
We are looking for team members who are friendly, dependable, fast-moving, and passionate about hospitality, beer, cocktails, and creating a fun atmosphere.
Responsibilities of a Bartender:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Provide exceptional guest service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar
- Verify IDs and follow alcohol safety standards
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
- Guide guests through our food and beverage menu
- Work efficiently during high-volume shifts
- Help create a fun, positive, and team-oriented atmosphere
What we are looking for:
- Previous bartending experience preferred (but not required)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and late shifts
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Team player mentality
- Ability to stay calm under pressure in busy environments

Bartender Job Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Previous bartending or restaurant experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Knowledge of beer, cocktails, and responsible alcohol service is a plus
- Willingness to learn and accurately prepare Dog Haus-specific cocktails and beverage recipes
