Dog Haus Biergarten is looking for energetic, outgoing, and dependable Service Team Members to help create an unforgettable guest experience in our-fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Service Team Members may assist in multiple front-of-house roles including:
- Cashier
- Food Runner
- Expo
- Guest Service
- Dining Room Support
- Host/Front Counter
We are looking for individuals who work hard, communicate well, stay positive under pressure, and enjoy working as part of a team.
Requirements:
- Strong communication an teamwork skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, outgoing, and dependable personality
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to bend, lift, push, and move throughout shifts
- Food Handler Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Evening and weekend availability preferred
Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and efficient guest service
- Accurately take guest orders using our POS system
- Deliver food and assist guests throughout their visit
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in guest areas
- Assist with online, takeout, and delivery orders
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Work efficiently during busy shifts while maintaining a positive attitude
