We are seeking a Dental Assistant looking to grow in a modern, fast-paced dental office
What We Offer:
Total Compensation: Competitive hourly pay plus a comprehensive benefits package valued at approximately
$8,000–$10,000+ annually, Total All in Compensation (TAC) can include $28 to $36 per hour inclusive of:
- Health insurance ($425/month employer contribution)
- Dental and vision insurance: Office-sponsored policy
- Retirement plan
- Paid time off - up to 14 days PTO after 12 months.

Job Overview:
- Welcome patients to the office and ensure a positive experience
- Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
- Take and process digital dental radiographs (x-rays). CBCT experience is a plus.
- Provide patients with instructions for post-treatment oral care
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience as a dental assistant (REQUIRED)
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
- Punctual and dependable
- Flexible schedule, including extended hours when needed
- Computer literacy and typing proficiency
