Skills and Qualifications:
- Front desk experience as a treatment coordinator (2 years preferred)
- Experience with a multi-phone line system and general tasks
- Excellent multitasking abilities with attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a time-sensitive environment
- Strong Knowledge of insurance verification, treatment planning and billing procedures
- Coordinate scheduling appointments
- Provide excellent customer service to patients
