We’re looking for a patient-focused Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our specialty practice. In this role, you’ll help create a smooth, positive experience for patients—from check-in to treatment coordination and billing.

Compensation
$30–$36 per hour (DOE)

What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of insurance, billing, and treatment presentation
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Bilingual candidates are a plus
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the welcoming face of the practice with a positive, high-energy attitude
- Greet and check in patients in a friendly, professional manner
- Manage phones, scheduling, and daily workflow
- Present treatment plans and explain financial options clearly
- Verify insurance, process billing, and handle claims
- Coordinate patient care and follow up on pending treatment
- Maintain accurate records and ensure clear communication across the team
