The Store Manager is responsible for the daily operations within the store, including maintaining inventory accuracy, collaborating with teammates, and increasing profitability and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Hire, train, and develop retail staff with goals of progression in their positions
- Empower and oversee teammates to ensure sales performance, merchandising, and inventory management goals are maintained
- Partner with staff and create actionable plans to help prioritize daily tasks
- Inspire and motivate your team to create a productive, empowered, and engaged retail environment
Requirements
- Ability to manage a team and deliver exceptional leadership
- Strong problem solving, organizational, communication, and analytical skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks with high attention to detail
- Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Experience: 3-5 years retail management experience
- Education/Training: High School degree, some college preferred but not required
