Back of House Team Member Responsibilities
- Stock kitchen inventory as needed
- Ability and willingness to change oil
- Keep the kitchen neat, clean, and orderly at all times
- Stay up-to-date with new products and procedures rolled out by Chick-fil-A
- Work safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues to Leadership
- Complete required in-house training and maintain knowledge of operational updates
- Complete opening and/or closing tasks as assigned
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules, policies, and dress code at all times
- Perform other duties as assigned
