We’re looking for a dependable, high-energy Shift Lead to help run our two Crumbl stadium locations during Tampa Bay Rays games and events.
- This role works directly under our Assistant General Manager and is the on-site leader when the AGM is not present. If you can lead a team, think fast, and keep things moving under pressure — this is for you.
At the Stadium (Games & Events)
- Lead the crew during high-volume service
- Keep lines moving fast and organized
- Make real-time decisions during rushes
- Manage shift flow, breaks, and restocking
- Maintain product quality and brand standards
- Communicate event recaps and issues to the AGM
At the Clearwater Location (Production)
- Assist with mixing, balling, and baking product for stadium events
- Follow production forecasts and prep schedules
- Ensure accuracy and food safety standards
Operational Execution
- Monitor inventory and restocking
- Ensure product quality and presentation standards
- Manage breaks and shift flow
- Help prevent waste and control COGS
Team Leadership
- Set the tone for energy and professionalism
- Hold team members accountable
- Step in wherever needed — register, expo, restock, etc.
