Job Description
Looking for a great part-time job that fits around school, sports, family, or another job? High Country Ace Hardware is seeking friendly, dependable, and motivated individuals to join our team as Support Staff.
This position is ideal for high school students, college students, retirees, or anyone looking for evening and weekend hours. Support Staff help keep the store running smoothly by assisting customers, stocking merchandise, organizing displays, helping with carry-outs, and maintaining a clean and welcoming shopping environment.
No hardware experience is required. We provide training and support from day one.

What to Expect
- Welcome and assist customers throughout the store
- Stock shelves and keep merchandise organized
- Help unload and put away inventory
- Maintain clean, safe, and attractive departments
- Assist with carry-outs and loading customer purchases
- Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Be on your feet for most of your shift
- Lift and move merchandise up to 50 lbs. as needed
