As a Front of House Hospitality Professional, you will engage with guests to provide quick, friendly, and accurate service, ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. Key Responsibilities:
- Uphold Food Safety Standards: Adhere to Chick-fil-A Florissant’s vision, values, dress code, and food safety standards. Ensure consistency and quality in every interaction, providing guests with safe and delicious meals they can trust.
- Ensure Food Quality: Adhere to quality standards, ensuring that every item served meets our high expectations. Your vigilance in quality assurance is key to upholding our brand reputation.
- Serve with Enthusiasm: Communicate effectively and enthusiastically with guests, taking orders and suggesting menu items that enhance their experience. Your enthusiasm and knowledge contribute to memorable dining moments.
- Exhibit Professionalism: Maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions, representing Chick-fil-A Florissant with pride and integrity.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure a sanitary and safe restaurant by keeping all areas clean and tidy. Your attention to cleanliness and safety contributes to an inviting dining experience for our guests.
- Exhibit a Sense of Urgency: Act promptly and efficiently to meet guest needs, maintaining a sense of urgency while completing tasks and serving our guests.

- Meet Physical Demands: Meet the physical requirements of the role, including standing for up to 8 hours, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
