They are currently seeking skilled Building Laborers to join their team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Constructing post frame buildings under the direction of the Site Foreman
- Delivering consistently high-quality work and service
- Following OSHA guidelines and ensuring safety precautions are met
- Assembling or disassembling scaffolding and other temporary equipment
- Representing the client in a professional manner
- Additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Previous carpentry or construction experience preferred
- Experience with hand and power tools and various machinery preferred
- Ability to work at heights of more than 20 feet comfortably and safely
- Physically fit and able to perform demanding work for extended periods
- Comfortable lifting over 50 pounds on a regular basis
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to read and understand drawings, plans, and blueprints
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- High mathematical aptitude and problem-solving abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Our laborers may be required to work extended hours during peak seasons and must have the ability to travel, with overnight stays possible.
