Job Description:
- Service, maintain, and repair commercial and residential electrical systems on an emergency, non-emergency, and preventative maintenance basis
- Execute scheduled assignments, service calls, work orders, and project tasks in a timely and professional manner
- Install, inspect, replace, and repair electrical wiring, receptacles, switch boxes, conduits, feeders, Ethernet and coaxial cable assemblies, lighting fixtures, and related components
- Install, maintain, repair, and test switchgear and transformers
- Perform all work in compliance with applicable electrical codes and safety standards
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned as the role evolves, with clear communication and alignment to business needs.
Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate must be able to perform the following duties:
- Install and replace lighting systems and fixtures
- Wire, assemble, and test control panels
- Bend, mount, and secure electrical conduit
- Start up and test new control circuits
- Perform basic troubleshooting and diagnostics
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in accordance with NEC guidelines
- Pull and run wire; install and terminate electrical panels
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Fire alarm installation and troubleshooting experience is a plus.
- Travel to and work at multiple job sites within a day and/or week
