Keep the Kitchen Moving
Every great meal at Chuck-A-Rama starts with a team working together behind the scenes. Our Dishwashers are an important part of that team, making sure our guests and kitchen always have clean dishes, utensils, and equipment ready to go. As a Dishwasher, you'll help keep things moving by washing and stocking dishes and flatware, keeping the dish and kitchen areas clean and organized, and jumping in to support your teammates when needed. It's a fast-paced, active job that's perfect for someone who likes staying busy and being part of a team.
No experience? No problem. We'll teach you what you need to know.
What You'll Do
A typical shift may include:
- Washing and sanitizing dishes, flatware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
- Restocking clean plates and flatware for guest and team use
- Keeping the dishwashing and kitchen areas clean, safe, and organized
- Taking out trash and keeping waste areas tidy
- Following food safety, sanitation, and cleaning procedures
- Keeping up with dishes during busy meal periods
- Helping teammates with other tasks when needed
- Working together with the kitchen and restaurant team to keep things running smoothly
What We're Looking For
Great Dishwashers are dependable teammates who aren't afraid to roll up their sleeves and get things done. We're looking for someone who:
- Is at least 16 years old
- Is dependable and ready to work
- Enjoys staying active and working in a fast-paced environment
- Can manage their time and keep up during busy periods
- Communicates well with teammates
- Takes pride in keeping their work area clean and organized
- Follows food safety and sanitation procedures
- Is willing to jump in and help wherever needed
- No previous restaurant experience is required. A great attitude and willingness to learn are what matter most.
