Qualifications/Skills/Requirements
- Prior bartending experience preferred but not required
- Must be 21+
- Basic knowledge of beer, wine, and classic cocktail recipes
- Strong communication and hospitality skills
- Ability to multitask while maintaining speed and accuracy
- Solid understanding of responsible alcohol service
- Compliance with alcohol service and food safety guidelines
Job Responsibilities
- Engage with bar guests to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant guests by following the designated recipes while maintaining a clean and sanitary area
- Maintain an extensive knowledge of beer, wine, and cocktails
- Sidework, including but not limited to prepping garnishes, stocking, bottling juices, and simple syrup, daily/weekly cleaning
- Changing and removing kegs
- Adhere to proper alcohol handling, including dating, labeling, and rotation of items
