Qualifications/Skills/Requirements
- Previous experience preferred but not required.
- Must be 18+
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for handling payments and cash handling
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs
Job Responsibilities
- Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Take guests' orders and properly input them in the POS system
- Collaborate with the MOD, kitchen, and bar staff for prompt service
- List ingredients or common allergens for guests from memory
- Run food and drinks for your tables and other staff members
- Encourage sign-ups to the restaurant’s loyalty program
- Bus tables and maintain a clean section
- Sidework, including but not limited to restocking, bottling sauces, prepping to-go side salads, cleaning oysters, daily/weeking cleaning
