Front of House Team Member Responsibilities
As a Front of House Team Member, you will help create an exceptional experience for every guest. Responsibilities include:
- Welcome and engage guests with genuine enthusiasm and hospitality
- Smile, create eye contact, and make meaningful connections with guests
- Take and fulfill orders accurately and efficiently
- Work with speed and urgency while maintaining Chick-fil-A® standards
- Successfully manage multiple tasks and priorities during high-volume periods
- Communicate clearly and effectively with guests, Team Members, and Restaurant Leaders
- Work collaboratively with your team to keep operations running smoothly
- Remain adaptable and ready to transition between positions as business needs change
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness throughout the restaurant
- Honor and support the vision and values of Chick-fil-A Blakeney
- Follow Chick-fil-A® uniform, appearance, and restaurant policies
- Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Age Requirement
The minimum age for employment at Chick-fil-A Blakeney is 16 years old. Applicants who do not yet meet this requirement are encouraged to apply once they turn 16.
