At Chick-fil-A East Doral DTO, the Cow Mascot role goes beyond wearing a costume — it’s a chance to delight our guests, create unforgettable experiences, and embody our brand with excitement and positivity. Cow Ambassadors also collaborate closely with our marketing and leadership teams and play an essential role in community outreach and in-store events.
Position Type:
- Full-time and Part-time
- This position focuses primarily on being our iconic Cow mascot, but depending on the candidate's interests and availability, it could also be a cross-functional role where you serve as both a team member and mascot as needed by the restaurant.

Cow Mascot Team Member Responsibilities:
- Wear the Chick-fil-A Cow costume during in-store and off-site events
- Interact with guests of all ages in a fun, family-friendly manner
- Pose for photos, wave, dance, and create an engaging experience
- Remain in character while maintaining high energy and enthusiasm
- Assist with event setup, cleanup, and mascot logistics
- Support our restaurant’s vision and marketing efforts
- Help make every day a “chicken and smiles” kind of day!
- Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
- Work on their feet for several hours at a time
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
Qualifications and Requirements:
