Our Front-of-House Shift Leaders are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations, ensuring outstanding customer service, and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence. A Front-of-House Shift Leader’s two main areas of focus are executing smooth and efficient front-of-house operations and coaching/developing Front-of-House Team Members. They lead by example and set the standard for hospitality, speed, accuracy, and attentiveness to every guest.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee Front of House operations during assigned shifts
- Ensure exceptional guest experience through hospitality, accuracy, and speed of service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment in all guest-facing areas
- Coach, train, and develop Front-of-House Team Members in real time
- Manage shift execution including positioning, breaks, and service flow
- Monitor service times and adjust as needed to maintain efficiency
- Support Drive-Thru, Front Counter, Dining Room, and Mobile Order operations
- Partner closely with Back of House leaders to ensure smooth communication and order accuracy
- Handle guest concerns and resolve issues with professionalism and care
- Uphold Chick-fil-A values and culture on every shift
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Previous customer service or leadership experience preferred
- Strong understanding of hospitality and operational procedures, with a sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Dependable, coachable, and solution-oriented
- Clear communicator with a team-first mindset
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to multi-task and prioritize effectively
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Willing and able to work a flexible schedule
- Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs on a regular basis
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
