The Chick-fil-A of North Edmond is seeking an Assistant Drive Thru Director who will be responsible for the overall flow of the drive thru. Assistant Directors will be expected to set a high standard for signature service and must lead by example. To do this, Assistant Directors need to actively show a passion for service and for the Chick-fil-A brand. A cheerful attitude accompanied with initiative will set a great example for your team.
Position Key Responsibilities:
- Understand the ins and outs of the drive thru.
- Lead with humility.
- Mentor, coach, invest in, and build relationships with a diverse team of people.
- Celebrate the success while still maintaining accountability with the team members.
- Exhibit our Core Values and 2nd Mile Service qualities on a day-to-day basis.
- Ensure that Chick-fil-A North Edmond is meeting and exceeding all Chick-fil-A standards and locational goals.
- Follow all state and local safety guidelines.
- Build strong relationships with the leadership team as well as the team members.
- Ensure overall cleanliness, stock, and organization of the drive thru.

Specific Experience:
- Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Required: Bachelor's degree or experience equivalent

Pay ranges from 40-45k per year based on education and experience.
