Role Description:
Front of House Managers create remarkable guest experiences by leading with care and excellence. They ensure a warm, welcoming, and efficient dining environment where every guest feels valued. Responsibilities include guiding and supporting the Front of House team, upholding Chick-fil-A’s hospitality and service standards, and maintaining a safe and high-quality guest experience. Success is measured by consistently meeting goals and expectations set by the Directors, General Manager, and Owner/Operator, while modeling the behaviors and standards outlined in the Team Member Handbook each day.
Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Support: Assign and adjust positions to meet guest flow, encourage and motivate team members, and model genuine hospitality in every interaction.
- Operational Excellence: Anticipate and address bottlenecks, ensure checklists and safety procedures are followed, and maintain a clean, inviting dining room and drive-thru.
- Food Safety & Quality: Monitor food handling, complete required safety and quality checks, and waste tracking.
- Training & Development: Provide real-time coaching and feedback, equipping team members to deliver remarkable service and grow in their roles.
- Communication & Accountability: Lead huddles, enforce rules, conduct disciplinary conversations as needed, and ensure a positive work environment.
- Guest Experience: Oversee order accuracy, speed of service, and presentation standards while ensuring food is served safely and with excellence. Create moments of care by ensuring attentive service, genuine connections, and a dining environment that exceeds guest expectations.

Requirements:
- 18 years or older
- 1 year of prior leadership experience
- Full-Time Availability
- Able to either open or close
- Willing to work Saturdays
- Proficient in Restaurant Operations
- Stand/work for several hours at a time.
- Lift up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to lead from position.
- Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic
- Treat the team and guests with honor, dignity, and respect.
- Have a coachable spirit and a growth mindset.
