Role Description:
As a Team Member, you will be expected to excel in your assigned area of the restaurant, serving as either a Hospitality Professional in the Front of House or a Culinary Professional in the Back of House. You will utilize the systems and procedures established by Chick-fil-A to deliver exceptional service, prepare high-quality food, and create a remarkable experience for every Guest who visits Chick-fil-A North Carefree.
Collaborating with fellow Team Members, Leadership, and our Local Owner/Operator is essential to success. You will be expected to pursue personal excellence, demonstrate professionalism, and practice good stewardship of the business in every aspect of your work.
Depending on your assigned area, responsibilities may include:
- Providing exceptional Guest service through order taking, bagging, expediting, and hospitality.
- Preparing and serving food while maintaining Chick-fil-A's standards for quality, accuracy, and food safety.
- Operating equipment and following established procedures specific to your role.
- Cleaning, stocking, organizing, and maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.
- Completing additional responsibilities as assigned to support the needs of the business.
Success in this role requires a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, the ability to work effectively as part of a team, and a commitment to excellence in every interaction and every task.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Stand/work for several hours at a time.
- Lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities:
Work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with a sense of urgency.
Consistently uphold Chick-fil-A's standards for quality, food safety, cleanliness, and accuracy.
Perform assigned Front of House or Back of House responsibilities with excellence and attention to detail.
Depending on your assigned role, responsibilities may include:
- Preparing high-quality food with precision and following established recipes and procedures.
- Serving Guests through order taking, operating the Point of Sale (POS) system, accurately handling cash and electronic payments, bagging orders, and delivering exceptional hospitality.
Demonstrate the Chick-fil-A CORE 4 by:
- Creating eye contact.
- Sharing a smile.
- Speaking with a friendly, enthusiastic tone.
- Creating a "My Pleasure" experience.
Communicate effectively and respectfully with Guests, fellow Team Members, and Leadership.

Help maintain a clean, organized, safe, and fully stocked work environment.

Pay is based on full-time or part-time status, experience, and availability.
Requirements for Full-Time Consideration:
- Available to open or close 5 days a week.
- Available during peak lunch or dinner time.
- Have 40 or more hours of total availability.
- Must be 18 years old or out of high school.
- Will be scheduled 5–6 days a week for 30–40 hours.
- Understand the expectations of Chick-fil-A customer service standards and operational excellence.
