What You’ll Do
- Keep the bar fully stocked, clean, and organized during service
- Assist bartenders and restaurant staff during busy shifts
- Learn and perform oyster shucking safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in bar and raw bar areas
- Support the team to ensure smooth and timely service
- Work with urgency and stay productive throughout your shift
