About Craft 31
Craft 31 is a locally owned and operated restaurant known for our gourmet burgers, wood-fired pizzas, fresh raw bar, and 31 rotating craft beer taps. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional food, genuine hospitality, and a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.
Responsibilities
- Greet every guest warmly and create an exceptional first impression.
- Manage the waitlist and reservations using OpenTable.
- Coordinate seating to maximize efficiency while ensuring excellent guest service.
- Communicate effectively with servers, managers, and kitchen staff to maintain smooth dining room operations.
- Answer phones, provide accurate wait times, and assist guests with questions.
- Maintain a clean, organized host stand and entrance area.
- Assist with guest needs and support the front-of-house team during busy service periods.
What We're Looking For
- Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous host or restaurant experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to stay organized and composed in a high-volume environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to being part of a strong team.
- Positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Comfortable standing and moving throughout an entire shift.
