Skills & Qualifications
- Experience on the line OR the drive to master it quickly
- Ability to cook with speed, accuracy, and pride
- Strong understanding of kitchen standards and safety
- Culinary school training is a plus, but not required—skill matters most
- A passion for getting better every shift
