Craft 31 is a locally owned restaurant in Williamsburg serving gourmet burgers, wood-fired pizza, a raw bar, and a strong craft beer program. We’re hiring a dependable, skilled Line Cook who takes pride in execution, consistency, and being part of a well-run kitchen.
This role is ideal for someone who values showing up prepared, working clean, and producing quality food every shift.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute menu items with speed, accuracy, and consistency
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient station
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen standards
- Communicate clearly with the kitchen team to keep service running smoothly
- Arrive on time, ready to work, and contribute positively to the team
Qualifications
- Line cook experience preferred (will train the right motivated candidate)
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and food quality
- Understanding of kitchen safety and sanitation standards
- Reliable attendance, punctuality, and professional attitude
- Culinary school is a plus, but hands-on skill and work ethic matter most
