What You’ll Do:
- Deliver warm, attentive, and polished service from greeting to farewell.
- Demonstrate strong menu knowledge, including food, beer, and specials.
- Take accurate orders and ensure timely, efficient service.
- Maintain clean, organized, guest-ready tables and stations.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar teams.
- Handle guest requests and concerns with professionalism and composure.
