Team Member (Morning/Daytime Availability: 6 AM – 4 PM)
Job Purpose
Create remarkable experiences for every guest by delivering fast, accurate, and genuine service in your assigned role in either Front of House or Back of House. Team Members play a critical role in bringing our brand to life through hospitality, food safety, and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do
- Execute your assigned position (Front or Back of House) with consistency and attention to detail
- Serve and support guests through accurate, timely, and professional service
- Follow established systems and Pathway standards
- Maintain speed and focus during busy periods
- Uphold food safety, cleanliness, and uniform standards at all times
- Keep your work area clean, stocked, and organized
- Communicate clearly and ask for help when needed
- Support your team and contribute to a positive, team-first environment
