Job Purpose
Create remarkable experiences for every guest by delivering fast, accurate, and genuine service in your assigned role in either Front of House or Back of House. Team Members play a critical role in bringing our brand to life through hospitality, food safety, and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do
- Execute your assigned position (Front or Back of House) with speed and consistency
- Provide a positive guest experience through efficient and friendly service
- Maintain strong performance during peak hours
- Follow all food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards
- Keep your area clean, stocked, and organized throughout the shift
- Assist with closing responsibilities and reset for the next day
- Communicate needs clearly and support team flow under pressure
