Inventory Specialist (Early Morning) – $12–$15/hr
Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 4:30am–7:30am
Location: 1088 East Fort Union Blvd, Midvale, UT 84047

Our Inventory Specialist plays a critical role in setting our restaurant up for success each day. This position is responsible for organizing inventory deliveries, maintaining accurate stock levels, and ensuring we are fully prepared before the restaurant opens.

Core Responsibilities
- Receive and put away all inventory deliveries using FIFO (First In, First Out) standards
- Keep all inventory areas clean, neat, labeled, and orderly
- Ensure all inventory is fully put away before the start of the business day
- Place the next product order daily before the restaurant opens
- Maintain accurate inventory levels so we never run out of product and never overstock
- Communicate any shortages, concerns, or trends to leadership proactively
What Success Looks Like
- Inventory is organized, easy to find, and audit-ready
- Product levels are accurate and consistent
- The restaurant opens each day fully stocked and prepared
- Orders are placed on time and with confidence
Schedule & Growth Opportunities
This role is scheduled from 4:30am–7:30am.
For team members seeking additional hours, there may be opportunities to assist with other operational tasks or train in additional areas after the inventory work is complete.

- Physically able to lift and move product up to 55 lbs.
