To lead and optimize all aspects of Throughput by delivering fast, accurate service that reflects operational excellence and embodies the values of the Cathy and Crisler families. This role exists to bring the Operator’s vision to life, drive key speed and efficiency metrics, and coach the team to master the fundamentals—ensuring every second counts without compromising quality or guest satisfaction.
Throughput Leadership
- Own all elements of Drive-Thru and Front Counter speed and accuracy.
- Set and enforce high standards for fast, accurate service at every control point.
- Continuously fine-tune control point to support peak performance.
- Provide in-the-moment coaching during high-volume dayparts to maintain consistency.
Performance Excellence
- Drive results in Fast & Accurate Service CEMs and guest satisfaction scores.
- Achieve speed of service goals and increase transaction counts across peak hours.
Problem Solving and Continuous Improvement
- Analyze throughput performance data weekly to identify areas of improvement.
- Use root cause analysis and solution testing to improve results.
- Communicate action plans clearly with leadership and track measurable progress.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth execution during high-impact events and promotions.
