Key Responsibilities
- Lead front of house (FOH) and back of house (BOH) operations with an “owner’s hat”.
- Recruit, hire, and train enthusiastic Crew Members and Leaders.
- Ensure brand standards are upheld, focusing on hospitality, quality control, and speed of service.
- Monitor sales growth and manage labor to maximize profitability.
- Drive marketing initiatives and execute promotional campaigns.
Essential Qualifications
- 5 years of food service experience or a relevant hospitality degree.
- ServSafe certification required.
- Ability to navigate a fast-paced environment and make solid decisions.
- Experience in operational execution in both FOH and BOH.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk continuously during shifts.
- Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for face-to-face interactions with guests and team members.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced cafe environment with no fryers or grills!
Working Conditions
- Minimum 55-hour work week with flexibility for early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
