Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and efficiently
- Be knowledgeable of all kitchen station assignments
- Stock kitchen inventory as needed
- Maintain a neat, clean, and orderly kitchen environment
- Stay updated on new Chick-fil-A products
- Work safely with kitchen equipment
- Complete opening or closing tasks as assigned
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code
- Work quickly to ensure timely guest experiences
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements
- Consistent and reliable with a cheerful and positive attitude
- Passionate about serving and helping others
- Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal skills
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends
- Able to lift and carry up to 23 lbs. regularly
- Able to stand and move quickly for long periods
