As a Front of House Delivery Team Member at Chick-fil-A Waterloo, your role is to deliver exceptional guest service through Chick-fil-A Delivery and regular restaurant operations. You will be responsible for completing delivery orders and selling at off-site events. When not on delivery or off-site assignments, you will serve as a Front-of-House Team Member where you will work in operations to provide great service and genuine hospitality to guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivery
- Represent Chick-fil-A at events or satellite locations with professionalism and a guest-first attitude.
- Load and unload food products, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Operate the Chick-fil-A Delivery vehicles or your personal vehicle to deliver orders to guests homes.
Front-of-House Responsibilities
- Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness in dining and service areas.
- Support drive-thru, dining room, and carry-out operations as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum age: 18 years old.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Must have an insured vehicle that you can use to complete deliveries.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outside in the drive thru year round.
