Food Trailer Team Member

The Food Trailer Team Member position is primarily in charge of operating our off-site food trailer at community events. This role is ideal for someone dependable, flexible, and who enjoys serving guests in unique locations.

Expectations:

  • Drive a truck and trailer to and from event locations
  • Set up, operate, and break down the food trailer
  • Prepare and serve food with speed, accuracy, and hospitality
  • Handle cash, manage the register, and balance tills
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
  • When not scheduled for trailer events, you will work as a Front-of-House Team Member or Delivery Driver

Schedule:

  • Lunch events are from 11:00 a.m to 3:00 p.m.
  • Dinner events are from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
  • Food trailer season is from March to November
  • Year round or seasonal roles available

Requirements:

  • 23 years or older
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Able to drive a truck and pull a trailer (training provided)
  • Dependable and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Able to count and manage cash handling responsibilities
