The Food Trailer Team Member position is primarily in charge of operating our off-site food trailer at community events. This role is ideal for someone dependable, flexible, and who enjoys serving guests in unique locations.

Expectations:
- Drive a truck and trailer to and from event locations
- Set up, operate, and break down the food trailer
- Prepare and serve food with speed, accuracy, and hospitality
- Handle cash, manage the register, and balance tills
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
- When not scheduled for trailer events, you will work as a Front-of-House Team Member or Delivery Driver
Schedule:
- Lunch events are from 11:00 a.m to 3:00 p.m.
- Dinner events are from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
- Food trailer season is from March to November
- Year round or seasonal roles available
Requirements:
- 23 years or older
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Able to drive a truck and pull a trailer (training provided)
- Dependable and able to work with minimal supervision
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Able to count and manage cash handling responsibilities
