Marketing Team Leader

The Marketing Team Leader is in charge of executing marketing initiatives, supporting community engagement, and maintaining a strong brand presence both inside and outside the restaurant. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creativity, organization, and working with people while also leading in operations during peak hours.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist in planning and executing community and in-store events
  • Help manage and create content for social media
  • Maintain and update in-store signage and marketing materials
  • Support donation efforts and local partnerships
  • Assist with promoting seasonal items and campaigns
  • Help plan and organize team celebrations and appreciation events
  • Work as a Team Leader in operations by leading shifts and driving guest experience

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong organization and follow-through
  • Interest or experience in social media and marketing
  • Ability to execute events and projects effectively
  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills
  • Willing to spend significant time in operations and lead shifts
