HOST / HOSTESS
The Finch is looking for friendly, energetic, and hospitality-driven Hosts to join our opening team at our new Rockwall location! We're looking for individuals who enjoy welcoming guests and creating exceptional first impressions.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and provide exceptional hospitality.
- Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating arrangements.
- Communicate accurate wait times and assist with guest inquiries.
- Maintain a welcoming and organized host stand and entrance.
- Work closely with the service team to ensure a smooth guest experience.
Qualifications:
- Friendly, professional, and guest-focused.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Available evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required.
