We are searching for enthusiastic, motivated and responsible Assistant Managers who love to work with people and inspire their team to be the best they can for our customers. You will be working in a professional, fun and exciting environment while providing the world's best soda and snacks.
Responsibilities:
You will be expected to deliver extraordinary experiences to all of our customers. Assistant Managers must be effective problem solvers to fix customer conflicts and challenges that arise at their location.
Day to day responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following: order inventory, help schedule employee shifts, train employees, perform Mixologist duties and set a high standard of excellence for exceptional customer service.
Assistant Managers must be self motivated to succeed and help others succeed, but also be a team player to do what the Manager expects.
Qualifications:
Applicants must have a friendly, outgoing personality. Previous work experience is expected, and previous leadership experience is preferred. You must be confident to make suggestions and comfortable with up-selling.
