Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the front of the house team to ensure excellent customer service
- Oversee daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management
- Train and develop team members to deliver exceptional service and uphold Chick-fil-A standards
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Planning and executing area strategies to reach team goals
Qualifications:
- High school degree or equivalent
- Prior experience in a leadership role within the food and beverage industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Enthusiastic and customer-focused mindset
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to collaborate and manage multiple projects at a time
