Scheduling Coordinator - Pinnacle Foundation Repair

Pinnacle Foundation Repair is in need of a highly skilled Scheduling Coordinator to take the lead on our customer-facing interactions and be a strong ambassador for our team. This role will involve communicating via email and over the phone to potential clients and customers, while also assisting other Pinnacle teammates with various internal projects. We pride ourselves on being a positive and inclusive environment and would love for you to join our team!
What you will do:
- Answer incoming calls, process any requests, and redirect to other team members if necessary
- Obtain and communicate messages in a timely manner
- Efficiently schedule evaluations in accordance with evaluator’s schedule guidelines
- Cancel or reschedule appointments according to customer/evaluator schedule changes; notify appropriate personnel
- Support the project coordinator by assisting with ordering permits, engineering reports, plumbing tests, and other tasks as needed
- Follow policies and procedures to improve front office efficiency
- Cover for other front office functions as needed
What You Bring:
- Excellent Communication Skills, Written and Verbal
- Excellent Organization and Time Management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
