Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a variety of treats including muffins, cookies, donuts, and fondant
- Decorate baked goods to meet customer expectations
- Maintain quality standards for all products
- Manage production schedules and record quantities of goods produced
- Track baking supplies, receive orders, and rotate stock as needed
- Communicate product demand changes to management
- Oversee merchandising of baked goods
- Train and support baking personnel
