Daytime Back of House Team Member
At Chick-fil-A, our Back of House Team Members are essential to delivering the high-quality food and exceptional experience our guests expect. You play a key role in preparing fresh, delicious food with care while working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
Position Type:
- Full-Time and Part-Time Positions Available
- Flexible Hours between 5:30 AM-5 PM
- Starting Wage Range: $12.50-$16
- Must be able to maintain a minimum of 15 hrs per week
What You’ll Do
Prepare Food with Excellence, Safety, and Cleanliness
- Follow recipes and procedures to prepare high-quality menu items
- Ensure food is cooked properly, fresh, and presented according to standards
- Maintain consistency and accuracy in every order
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including workstations and equipment
Maintain Speed & Accuracy
- Work with a sense of urgency while prioritizing food safety and quality
- Communicate clearly with Front of House to ensure order accuracy
- Keep up with demand during peak hours while staying organized
