Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain a full-time schedule in Culinary Operations 
  • Run efficient shifts within the boundaries of productivity and labor goals 
  • Ensure strict alignment to all Food Safety requirements and Chick-fil-A standards 
  • Motivate and encourage the team to meet quality and speed standards at all times
  • Manage Waste and Food cost, and create an environment of good stewardship
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure strong food flow and and consistent guest experience 
  • Train and develop team members

Experience Overview

  • 2 years of Leadership experience
  • Proven track record of developing others
  • Passion for Chick-fil-A's values
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
  • Kitchen/Hospitality experience (preferred)
