Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain a full-time schedule in Culinary Operations
- Run efficient shifts within the boundaries of productivity and labor goals
- Ensure strict alignment to all Food Safety requirements and Chick-fil-A standards
- Motivate and encourage the team to meet quality and speed standards at all times
- Manage Waste and Food cost, and create an environment of good stewardship
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure strong food flow and and consistent guest experience
- Train and develop team members
Experience Overview
- 2 years of Leadership experience
- Proven track record of developing others
- Passion for Chick-fil-A's values
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
- Kitchen/Hospitality experience (preferred)
