We are looking full time Shift Supervisors to join our Team at one of our A&W Chilliwack location.
We currently have 3 A&W restaurants located within Chilliwack and we are looking for Shift Supervisors to help us achieve our goal of being a Top Tier Employer and The Best Quick Service Restaurant in Canada! We strive to "WOW" every guest that walks through our doors by giving them extraordinary customer service with great tasting food.
Shift Supervisor’s Role:
You are an enthusiastic individual who works hard to deliver exceptional service to our guest every time. As a Shift Supervisor, you are proud to serve great tasting A&W food, made with care. You are a team player that arrives to work motivated and thrive in a fun, fast paced work environment, with strong communication and problem-solving skills
We would like you to have 1 year experience in a supervisory position preferably in a fast-food restaurant.
You will need to be positive, approachable, committed, able to handle pressure. Flexible, able to work evenings, weekends and holidays and effectively delegate, follow up and provide positive and corrective feedback.
You will:
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
- Ensure food service and quality control
- Manage inventory by keeping track of stock and wastage as well as ordering
- Insure daily operation
- Manage a shift during the absence of a senior Management
