Job Role:
At least 5yrs experience is required.
A Group Sales Manager is responsible for convincing new customers and making
sure, that the current customers are satisfied with the provided customer service of
the sales representative. He/She contacts potential customers through phone calls,
location visits and attending product selling events. A General Sales Manager
creates a sales report and sales data for the management.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Looks for possible customers and contact them.
Builds a strong relationship with possible and existing customers.
Communicates with the marketing team by visiting and conducting research
about their operations.
Analyzes the new products of the company.
Writes monthly sales reports for the management.
Keeps documentation of the sales development.
Develops and established sales techniques, plans, and promotional strategies.
Makes sure that the developed sales techniques, plans, and promotional.
strategies are performed accurately.
Checks if the sales operations are following the established sales objectives.
Monitors the sales target.
Conducts research and survey on the marketplace.
Evaluates the strengths and weaknesses of the industry and the competitors.
Manages the expenses to stay within budget.
Reviews and choose accounts to increase company revenue.
Suggests efficient marketing strategies.
Arranges trips for tradeshows to meet possible customers.
Keeps an updated knowledge of the current industry and market trends.
