Requirements:
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- 2 years of Chick-fil-A experience required
- Must meet the CORE 4 Standards
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Personal Characteristics:
- Superior communication skills
- Ability to lead, coach, and manage according to Chick-fil-A standards
- Technologically proficient for effective team communication and growth tracking
- Growth mindset and coachable
Compensation: $17.00-$21.00/hr depending on availability and qualifications
Secondary Compensation and Other Benefits:
- Closed on Sunday
- Discounted Team Member meals
- Up to $2500 in scholarships
