As a Center Manager, you will play a key role in daily operations, sales performance, team leadership, and delivering an exceptional guest experience—while helping lead one of the top-performing centers in the European Wax Center family.
What You’ll Do
As an EWC Center Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to develop and inspire a team of Guest Service Associates and Wax Specialists, helping each individual achieve their personal and professional best. Your open, supportive leadership style will foster an energetic and positive workplace where team members are excited to come to work each day.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience during every visit
- Interview, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team passionate about the EWC brand
- Consistently achieve service and sales goals
- Partner with the District Manager to identify opportunities and enhance guest value
- Clearly communicate business goals, contests, and performance expectations
- Lead by example in all guest and team interactions
- Submit payroll and operational reports and follow up on daily activities
- Maintain brand standards for visual presentation and cleanliness
- Optimize scheduling to meet business needs and goals
- Minimize loss by following established loss-prevention practices
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of management experience (preferably in a specialty retail or multi-service environment)
- Confident, positive leadership style with excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation
- Previous experience with European Wax Center, Massage Envy, and/or Zenoti software is a plus
